How Neotally handles data

Neotally stores app data on your device until you delete it in Neotally or remove the app.

Images sent for processing may be retained by our AI provider for up to 30 days.

An anonymous identifier and purchase information are shared with a service provider to manage paid access. This information is retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Neotally and its service providers process limited technical information, such as app version, device type and IP address, to operate and secure the service.

If you contact us, we receive what you send and retain it only as long as needed to respond and maintain necessary records.

Why we use information

We use information to provide Neotally in line with our agreement with you. We also use information to support and improve Neotally where this is in our legitimate interests.

International processing

Some service providers process information outside the UK. Where required, we use contractual safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your personal information, or restrict or object to how it is used.
