How Neotally handles data

Neotally stores app data on your device until you delete it in Neotally or remove the app.

Images sent for processing may be retained by our AI provider for up to 30 days.

An anonymous identifier and purchase information are shared with a service provider to manage paid access. This information is retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Neotally and its service providers process limited technical information, such as app version, device type and IP address, to operate and secure the service.

With your consent, we use an analytics provider to understand how people use our website. You can change your choice at any time in Cookies settings.

Analytics cookies last up to 365 days. Other browser storage remains until cleared. Session recordings are retained for 30 days.

If you contact us, we receive what you send and retain it only as long as needed to respond and maintain necessary records.

We use information to provide Neotally in line with our agreement with you. We also use information to support and improve Neotally where this is in our legitimate interests.

International processing
